Stratum were the first company I went to, since I seen they had good reviews, that’s what initially drew me to them. After getting more information from structural engineers, and also other bids, I went back to them to do the work. After a year of collecting data, it was obvious to me, that they were selling me a solution and not just a product like the other contractors I approached. I’ve been really impressed with them from working with their office personnel to the men working in the field. I can say without doubt, they derseve their 5 star rating. After receiving 3 bids, I decided to hire Stratum Structural Systems. I hired them for two jobs. a minor crack repair for one property and then a complete drain tile system and extend the downspouts away from the foundation for another property. Their pricing was competitive, and Matt is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The crews who completed the work were on time and finished the work as promised. They were great, and we will definitely be referring them and using them again!
